Collapsible Mobile Cart

The same cart, folded down to fit through a doorway and into a hatchback.

The collapsible build is an option on the Mobile Cart. Counter, back panel and shelf drop and latch flat; casters stay on. Coffee, juice, dessert and charcuterie carts all get built this way when the crew has to load out alone at the end of a shift. Tell us your vehicle and your load-in and we'll size it to both.

    Tell us what you need

    Fill out Start Here — or the Health Department form if the cart has to pass inspection. Rough sizes and a photo of the space are plenty to begin.

  2. Step 2

    We talk it through

    We call you back, ask the questions that actually change the build, and put numbers to it: dimensions, materials, hardware, finish.

  3. Step 3

    Quote and cut sheet

    You get a written quote and a plain-language cut sheet so you know exactly what's being built before anything gets cut.

  4. Step 4

    We build it

    Built in our Michigan shop, finished in your chosen color or stain, and delivered ready to work.
